Tasting Notes:One of the most important areas of the Villányi wine region is Csillagvölgy, meaning “Star Valley”. The limestone Szársomlyó Mountain protects the vines and the grapes grown here produce a characteristically rich, full flavoured wine, reflecting the sub Mediterranean climate, the plentiful soil and the many sunlit hours. Serve at 16-18ºC. Recommeneded with lighter dishes from red meat.
