Tasting Notes:Chianti Docg Colli Fiorentini RISERVA, is produced with Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, Cabernet S. grapes, with prolonged maceration at controlled temperature. It is characterized by a brilliant ruby red colour, tending to garnet red with aging, a particular and intense bouquet and an harmonious, dry, slightly tannic taste that becomes soft and velvety with time. The quality RISERVA, particularly researched, has been aged for at least two years, with a minimum stay of six months in oak barrels and about three months refined in bottle. It matches well to pasta and rice with meat sauce, stewed meat, roasted white meat, grilled meat, cheese.
