Tasting Notes:Purple, impenetrable, vigorous. Austere wine with mineral, fruity, spicy flavours. A taste of black pepper and sour black-cherry is heightened by heat and mellowness. Ripe tannins and sapidity express the character of this great lingering Aglianico. Serve with red meats and game, enhances the flavour of elaborate dishes. Serving temperature :18°C.
