Tasting Notes:Dolcetto grapes come from vineyards in Monrobiolo area of Bussia (recently discovered to be a part of the famous cru "Bussia"). From the earliest phases of their growth, the vines are carefully looked after, to make them produce the best grapes they can give. If necessary, thinning and other solutions are applied.
