Tasting Notes:Young white wine crop 2002-03, result of the controlled fermentation of the AIREN variety and 29 g/l of high quality concentrated white grape juice coming from our own cellar. Its appearance is bright and crystalline; light yellow, with the floral and citric bouquet characteristic of the area. Its flavour is well-balanced and smooth with a pleasant acidity. Serving temperature: 5º-10º C. It goes very well with pasta, rices and all kind of fish and seafood
