Red wine made from selected Tempranillo grapes (also known as Cencibel), aged in American and French oak barrels for a period of 12 months after the vinification process. The wine is then bottled and left reposing silently in our cellars for a minimum period of 24 months, under optimum conditions of temperature and humidity. Its elegant and intense shade of red is layered with brick and iridescent purple tones. The nose features inviting aromas of fruit preserves intermingled with the vanilla, roasted notes and dark chocolate fragrances of the wood. On the palate it is pure velvet, robust, rounded, and lushly intense with an elegant and refined finish. An exemplary Reserve wine, ideal for drinking with cured cheeses, roasted meats or stews, large game and fatty fish.
