Tasting Notes:Sauvignon Blanc grapes are first to be brought into the winery each year and we pick them at different brix to sustain acidity, citrus aromas and lower alcohol content while creating a broad palate and rich ripe fruit flavors. our Sauvignon Blanc is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to further preserve its fresh varietal character. Growing Climate / Vintage Conditions:Our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is harvested from vineyards in Chiles Valley and Yountville. Both appellations are marked by a diurnal swing between cool mornings and evenings and warm days. Warmer Chiles Valley produces grapes with tropical fruit, fig and pear flavors, while cooler Yountville grapes develop more citrus flavors and maintain a zesty acid.

Vinification (Wine-making)
