Our Bianco Pinot Grigio is fermented and ged entirely in stainless steel to preserve its fresh fruit aromas and flavors. A small amount of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay are blended into the final wine to add complexity. The appearance is Pale straw in color with golden highlights. The aromas display intense floral with cool melon and tropical fruit. The flavors are of fresh peach, ripe pear and pink grapefruit.

90% Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris), 5% Chardonnay, 5% Sauvignon Blanc
The grapes come from the Pinnacles Bench in Monterey and Clarksburg outside Lodi. The former offers cool coastal influences and the latter fertile soils and cool delta breeze. The results of this combination are grapes with full, ripe flavors and balanced acidity.
Named for the grey color that the grapes turn at full ripeness, Pinot Grigio required careful handling to let the grapes ripen to maturity so they are flavorful and expressive, but not so much that they turn dark and color the wine. Our Pinot Grigio grapes are night harvested and delivered to the winery in the earling morning, where the grapes are cold pressed and fermented under cool conditions. It is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve its fresh fruit aromas and flavors.
