Tasting Notes:This wine has a deep red hue and a fresh cassis nose. When tasting it one immediately identifies the rich black currant taste. The wine is fruity, balanced with a nice level of acidity. The wine should be served chilled (10 -12°C) and aired. Except from being enjoyed as an aperitif or desert drink, it can also be served with poultry, venison or chocolate.
