This fruit wine has a soft sparkling golden hue. The nose combines the fresh bouquet of delicate flowers with a rich frank taste of currants. It is pleasant and fresh on the palate while holding on to the original acidity of the fruit. Serve aired and chilled (8-12° C). This wine can be consumed an aperitif or desert wine, as well as with fish, cold meats, cheese, foie gras and exotic dishes.
