It has a straw yellow colour with greenish hints, clean and brilliant. In the nose it is powerful with aromas of ripe fruit, apple, melon, critic fruits, and floral tones. Good structure and nice acidity in the mouth with a long, persistent and very pleasant finish. Very fresh.

The grapes are destalked and after that are softly pressed in pneumatic presses. Maceration takes place at 10ºC for 48 hours. Then the most is taken to stainless steel vats where ferments are at controlled temperature of 18ºC for 3-4 weeks.
