Tasting Notes:Young white wine crop 2004-05, result of the controlled fermentation of the AIREN variety. Its appearance is bright and crystalline; light yellow, with the floral and citric bouquet characteristic of the area. Its flavour is well-balanced and smooth with a pleasant acidity. Serving temperature: 10ºC to 12ºC. Ideal it goes very well with rices and all kind of fish and seafood.
