The wine has black cherry colour with a high cape. The aromas are highly complex and personal. At first, it gives off riped fruit, woodland and floral aromas, to turn fast into much stronger aromas of vanilla, balsamics and spices, due to the slight oxygenation of the glass… as the glass oxigenation advances, the aromas become more complex and discover coffee beans and minerals. The tannings own a kind and pleasant taste on its passage through the mouth, constituting a harmony between wood and fruit. All aromas found on the olfactory analysis can be noticed in the mouth, becoming velvety in the end and extending in the aftertaste.

Fermentation of the selected grapes in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 12 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine rests for 12 months in American oak casks from the areas of Missouri and the Appalachians, followed by a further 5 months in 20.000-litre French oak vats. Lastly it matures one year in the bottle before it is put on the market.
