Tasting Notes:Bing cherry red, bright and attractive to the eye. Very complex aromas were the ripped red fruits and the coffee and vanilla beans are perfectly blended thanks to the ageing process. Well rounded and long after taste were all promises in the nose are found in the taste.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Fermentation of the selected grapes in stainless steel vats at a regulated temperature for 11 days. After the fermentation process, the wine rests 2 months in American oak barrels and another month in French wood cones with a 20.000 litres capacity. Finally, the wine matures for three more months in the bottle before it is commercialized.
