Tasting Notes:Eye : Old gold, broom, deep and light amber, rich aspect, flow of steady tears. Nose : Strong, round with aromas of figs, stones, vanilla, prunes, quince cheese, then aromas of exotic fruit, crystallized fruit, honey, walnut, almond and plum. Floral notes are also found such as lime and vine flowers. Fine, delicate and very complex nose. Tongue : Soft and silky in the mouth, a perfect balance by acidity/alcohol//sugar, with long persistence of flavours of honey, fruit, and spices. It is a fine and delicate wine.
