Tasting Notes:Colour: intense straw yellow. Bouquet: intense but delicate, with floral and fruit notes. Palate: fresh and dry. Pleasantly persistent, with a hint of vanilla. An excellent dry white wine, it is advisable recommended with hors d'oeuvres, refined first courses, and fish dishes. It is very good also as an aperitif. Serve at 10°-12°C
