Yellow colour with lemon highlights. Notable aromas of white flowers and roses with delicate notes of citrus fruits, honey and spices. A rounded, velvety flavour, smooth and sweet but never cloying. Well-structured and with good balance between acidity and sweetness, helping to create a very long persistence of flavours perfectly blended with the first aromas detected in the nose.
A natural sweet wine made with Alexandria muscat grapes harvested very late (mid-October). After destalking, they are macerated at very low temperature to allow alcoholic fermentation to begin slowly. This process is then halted at 15 degrees by adding a little spirit.
