Authentic fine character, made from the grape variety of Roman Moscatel with powerful bouquet and high sugar content, vineyards taking place of the Mediterranean landscape. Sea breeze, then, gives an effective high humidity level to Moscatel vineyards which make good use of it to get their particular qualities. Golden shades and fruity taste (it reminds raisins), the particular scent of Moscatel grapes offers a very fine and subtle bouquet. The nuance of its colour, its bouquet and its taste are ready to captivate you. Let you guide by your senses. Ideal as a dessert wine, we also recommend serving it cool as an aperitif. It is a great wine to be drunk with foie. Wine of Liquor Moscatel, of 15º alk. and 9 Bé. No aging, fresh, full bodied and excellent sugar-acidity balance. Colour: Pale yellow with orangey amber flashes. Appearance: Soft pigmentation and very clear. Bouquet notes: Fruity bouquet, typical of this variety. Nose: Raisins, fresh Palate: Mild and soft, very nice. In general, well-balanced wine and full-bodied on the palate. Recommendation: Dessert and aperitif wine, suitable for blue cheese, foie, sweet things, etc.
