Tasting Notes:Mature flavors, concentrated but easy to drink, long and persistent. Complex and attractive nose, flood of mature aromas of raspberry and plum, with an own touch of mint of the C. Franc, in an elegant and fine vanilla bottom.

Soil:Alluvial origin, with very good drainage.

Growing Climate / Vintage Conditions:Templated Mediterranean.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Cold maceration at 8ºC, fermentation at 26-28ºC, very smooth raisings, half maceration of 15-20 days with the skins.
