Soils are very stony and dun-limy, and their structure makes vines survive in long periods of droughts. These soils are very suitable due to its high quantity of calcium carbonate

Separate vinification of each variety is carried out by the traditional method. After light pressing, maceration for sixteen days to a fermentation temperature of 26/ 28ºC with subsequent pressing by pneumatic machine.
