Tasting Notes:It has a red cherry colour, bright. Very clean and complex in the nose, where you can feel the power of the fruit very well-balanced with the fine touch of oak. Full and powerful in the mouth with an elegant and fine aftertaste.

Vineyard

% of Grape / Cépage:90 % Tempranillo, 5% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo grapes from our own vineyards located in the sub-region of Rioja Alavesa.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:The grapes are destalked and after that they are sent to stainless steel vats where they ferment at controlled temperature of 28ºC for 18 days. Then the wine is aged in new oak barrels for 12-18 months (depending on the year). 50% French and 50% American oak barrels. The wine rounds up in the bottle for another year.
