Tasting Notes:Deep red cherry colour with chocolate-coloured edgings. Powerful, ellegant, complex and very aromatic. In the nose appear black fruit, sweets, toffee, mint, nice toasty oak notes, black liquorice and mineral aromas. In the mouth it is very rich, well-balanced and very well-structured and plenty of sensations. Very persistent and armonic.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Winemaking: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are made at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Ageing: This wine has stayed in American Oak barrels during thirty months in an underground cellar and with constant temperature of 12º. The wine is bottled and stands in silence in the cellar for three years before selling it. Production: 10.600 bottles 75 cl Harvest Qualification: Excellent Valsotillo Gran Reserva is ellaborated only in excellent quality harvest years.
