Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Style: A fruity, semi-sweet Blanc de Noir. Vinification: Cold fermentation, unwooded. 30 minutes skin contact after crushing. Minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification, allowing both the cultivar and the soil of its origin to express their individual characteristics. R/S 15g/l
