A precious wine speciality of our cellar. It is made using vine from Jammertál-dulo in Villány. It has been harvested on a plantation under yield restraint with a must temperature of 21sC with bunch sorting. After maturation in barrique barrels for eighteen months, the wines of the finest barrels have been blended. The roast aroma provided by the barrique treatment perfectly harmonises with the characteristics of the wine type. A pleasant, flattering full-bodied red wine with lots of resources. Served at 18-19 °C, it is best suited to dishes from deer.
