Intense bouquet, complex and delicate, with hints of honey, anise, ripe citron. On the palate it is full, persuasive, rounded and backed by a pleasingly acidulous freshness. Life cycle: it reaches its peak after 3-4 years and maintains its features up to 8-10 years. Accompaniments: liver paté, smoked salmon, sea food, elaborate fish dishes.
