Tasting Notes:Colour: pale straw-yellow, with occasional greenish hue. Bouquet: fragrant with apple and lemon aroma. Palate: harmonious, fresh and fruity. A fresh and delicate wine it is very good as an aperitif. It is suitable with hors d'oeuvres, fish and delicate dishes. Serve at 10°-12°C.
