Tasting Notes:Complex, elegant bouquet, hints of grapefruit, anise and freshly-cut hay. Life cycle: a surprising development up to 4-5 years. Accompaniments: excellent with all especially delicate dishes, but it goes astonishingly well with raw fish (sushi) and seafood. An excellent structure for a gavi wine and an extraordinary elegance, with pleasing notes of chives, a characteristic that emerges only in the very best years.
