Vinification (fermentation)

Méthode:De stemming and crushing followed by fermentation at 28ºC. During fermentation the maceration is carried out by "pumping over" process. Fermentation lasts for 8 days. 50% matured in Portuguese Oak casks with the remaining in stainless steel tanks.
