Characteristics of the cru: complex bouquet, aristocratic and delicate, with clear notes of ribes, blueberries, liquorice and spices. On the palate it is ample, silky and long-lasting. Life cycle: it reaches its peak after 3-4 years and maintains it for up to 9-10 years. Accompaniments: it a great wine for roasts and ripe cheese. Serving temperature: 17-18° C.
