Notes de dégustation:Grapes for producing “H um ilis” com e from th e noblest of red arom atic vines in th e w orld. Colour: ruby red w ith m edium intensity, sh ifting tow ards garnet. Arom a: rath er strong, w ith im m ediately perceptible floral notes of w h ite rose, lilac, geranium ,rose, ginger, m int along w ith sw eet spices and ripe fruits fragrances. It’s dry and w arm in th e m outh ; tannins are ligh t and agreeably palatable. O ne elegant w ine, very w ell structured, w h ich you don’t get ever tired of. Serving tem perature: from 12 to 15°C. Gastronom ic com binations: rath er versatile w ine, perfect w ith fish , w ith sush i in a particular w ay, excellent w ith red m eat and gam e w ith features, seasoned ch eese. Rath er agreeable as aperitif.
