Notes de dégustation:A superb wine, presented to the oenological world under its own name, and corresponding exclusively to wines bearing the Alicante Denomination of Origin. Made with grapes from the MONASTRELL variety, over-ripened on the grapevine, and harvested under exceptional conditions of quality and hygiene. El Fondillón, based on legend, myth, novel, history and reality. Its burst of aromas and flavours transmits the essence of a land bathed by the Mediterranean sun, representing the finest in traditional craftsmanship. The wine is aged in locally-made oak casks, for between at least 8 to 12 years, resulting in a noble, balsamic, healing wine, that is generous and welcoming. Gran Fondillón Reserva 1970; a wine with universal prestige.
