Notes de dégustation:deep ruby-red. Intense nose, well balanced with toasted overtones of coffee and cocoa. Starts out on the palate providing a warm feeling of volume and body, with the fruit blending marvellously with the soft tannins and the acidity.

Vinification (fermentation)

Méthode:traditional maceration in stainless steel tanks for 7-8 days at controlled temperature (28-30 °C), with frequent pumping over of the must in the first phases of fermentation (up to development of 8 degrees of alcohol). In November starts the malolattic fermentation.

Durée:in January the wine is transferred in wood (70% in large casks (80-100 Hl.) and 30% in barriques) for at least 7 months.
