Notes de dégustation:Fermented with the grape skin, and after a prolonged maceration, the wine is subject to a period of ageing in new American oak casks. After a repose of more than one year in medium used casks, the wine is bottled in elegant Bordeaux bottle. Cherry red, clean and brilliant. Intense, complex sensations. Remainders of mature fruit and raspberries with a moderate hint of new wood that brings back memories of coffee, vanilla and tobacco. Its entrance into the mouth is strong, intense and wide-reaching as it corresponds to a mediterranean cabernet, full of flavour and vevelty long intense aftertaste. Its evolution in the bottle is very favourable. We recommend that it be consumed with red meats and strongly-flavoured game.
