Red wine of the year crop 2003, controled fermentation of the TEMPRANILLO, SYRAH and CABERNET SAUVIGNON varieties, with Geographical Denomination Vino de la Tierra de Castilla and controlled by technical and organoléctic controls in the election of the vineyards, lands and the wine-making process, aged in new American and French oak bordolel barrels during 6 months. Its appearance is bright with rubi colors, smart, with a great aroma, and mature fruits touches. With a good intensity and nuances of crianza in wood. Its flavour is well balanced in mouth, tasty, well structured, persistent and strong. Serving temperature : 16º-18º C. Ideal for seasoned fish, braised meat, game dishes, cured sausages, and mature, fine cheeses.
