Notes de dégustation:Intense ruby red colour with a touch of pomegranate. The aroma is vinous, intense, with a touch of violet. the flavour is dry, ample, rich and a little tannic. It is a suitable wine for rihcly flavoured first courses, like the classic lasagne, or else with red meat, especially when roasted, or again with game or seasoned cheeses, such as typical Parmigiano Reggiano. It should be served at a temperature of 16°C.
