Attractive pale red colour. Clean aromas of red fruits, notably wild strawberries and cherries. An intense, warm flavour that, thanks to the maceration of the ripe grapes, has a full, dense, pleasant and persistent finish.

Grapes harvested throughout the month of September, when each variety reaches phenolic ripening. Yield approximately 50 hl/ha. Combination of the varieties Garnatxa (40%) and Carinyena (30%), with a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz , Merlot and Ull de Llebre, all prepared separately. The grapes are destalked and cold-macerated for at least 48 hours, and then, depending on the results of tasting, the moment is chosen to devat the free-run must. Alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 21 days at a temperature below 16 ºC.
