Notes de dégustation:It comes from the vineyards of Alto Vinalopó and from a selection of the best areas where the grapes have matured slowly. Fermented after a period of cold semi-maceration. Rested in vats for the first year and then clarified and stabilized with tartar. It is sold after a minimum of six months in the bottle. An elegant, intense cherry-red. A fine balance of organoleptic qualities. Fruity aromas characteristic of the variety. Transparent, clean and brilliant. Balanced acidity, making it fresh and lasting.
