Notes de dégustation:Tauleto has a beautiful deep marc red colour. This noble wine has a dense pulp, a perfume of ripe fruit and chromatic reflections of a clear and blackish Bordeaux. This wine is fresh and full of spicy scents at the nose. It can be recognized an intense mix of cherry and menthol; Tauleto is indeed the result of a pretty clean realization. Its complex bouquet has dominating scents of red fruit, cherries and ripe berry fruits. This wine has a wide and full structure, with a spicy and persistent aftertaste. It might be combined with important dishes, red meat and braised beef.

Vinification (fermentation)

Méthode:In Slavonian oak barrels, with long, temperature controlled maceration. Ageing: 24 months in 225 and 500 liters Allier, Tronçais and American oak barriques and tonneaux, followed by 6 monhts in bottles.
