Note di degustazione:VIGLIANO is a red wine obtained from Cabernet grapes. The wine making process comprises prolonged steeping at controlled temperature, aging in small oak barrels and refinement in bottles forsome months. It has an intense red colour, a typical scent of grapes, spicy and a full-bodied, dry, slightly tannic taste. It matches well to grilled meat, stewed meat, game, seasoned cheese.
